I have a U line under counter refrigerator icemaker model number u-co2075fs-1. The unit no longer cools and will maintain a temperature in the freezer of 30° and the refrigerator 60°. The evaporator fan is working And the evaporator is free of dust and debris. The condensing fan is functioning, the temperature control is functioning. Air is circulating in the unit.  Any thoughts on what additional things I could look for? Thank you

Is compressor running?

The compressor is running, I checked the control thermostat and it has continuity, as well as the starter, overload, and compressor. What I found is that the Freon was very low ( negative pressure) I added R134a to a pressure of 2 psi and it’s getting colder. After 30 minutes it went from 70 degrees to 40 degrees. It hovering at that temperature. 
how do I determine how much psi of Freon that should be used.

There’s a data tag on the unit that states how much refrigerant to charge the unit with. To measure it properly you’ll need to vacuum out the system to be sure there’s no more in there and also remove any moisture and then charge it using a scale to weigh in the correct amount. 
 

Alternatively just charge it to around 5-8 psi on the low side and keep your fingers crossed.

It’s fixed now. It holds 3.5 ounces.i do not have the ability to vacuum or reclaim gas. It’s charged to 3psi and has held that charge/pressure for 1 week.  I ended up defrosting it for two days and now it’s at constant 36 degrees on the fridge side and -10 on the freezer/ice maker side.  I weighed the new can I used and it was under charged slightly by 0.5 oz. As a bonus the ice maker kicked in and is producing again. 

Although it’s working properly for a week now I would like to call in someone to evacuate, change the dryer and recharge the system properly.  The only reason I did this myself is I haven’t been able to find anyone to do this who isn’t quoting me a minimum of $500 and most just said to throw it away and buy a new one. 

any recommendations on a licensed refrigerator repair in the easy bay of San Francisco?

Sealed system work is not cheap so it’s unlikely you’ll find someone reputable to do it for less than $500 and in the San Francisco area I’d expect to be closer to $1000.
