Kenmore Pro 795.79993.510 won't cool

I have a Kenmore Pro 795.79993.510 French Door refrigerator that is only 4 years old that will not cool down.  Both sections will not cool down.  I have put the unit in test mode and it appears the compressor is running and all 3 fans( Refrigerator section, freezer section, and the fan in the bottom by the compressor all seem to work). Bu once I take it out of test mode, the fans start back up but then shut off after a minute or so.  The other thing I noticed is that the compressor seems to be running (it is vibrating to the touch) but it does not get warm nor do the lines coming out of it get hot or cold.  Any suggestions on what to check next?

Thanks

Check your warranty. You should have 10yrs warranty on the linear compressor (which is very likely your problem). 4yrs is pretty typical for an LG linear compressor failure

I checked with Sears and they told me only a 1 yr warranty on the refrigerator.

There’s a tiny button on the control board on the back of the refrigerator. However, that won’t do much to help you diagnose a failing linear compressor
