GE GDT655SMJ5ES dishwasher grind noise during wash

When I run the wash cycle it has a periodic grinding sound. Water does fill up and come out of the arms, and it does drain when I cancel the cycle. Any idea? Sounds like it is from the bottom somewhere.

Maybe there are like piece of glass at the pump or the circulation pump.You can look.
