Hoping to get parts diagram and service manual before going to customers house.  DCS range model number RGV2-366-N (2017) (right before switching to fisher paykel branding for all in home appliances).

Customer says bake and temperature are selected and blue lights around knobs flash and oven does not turn on.

 

Range was repaired for "same problem" after many attempts by another company in the past but no record of what they replaced.
