Whirlpool WRF736SDAM14, foamed in place door liners?

The fridge door gaskets on my Whirlpool french door unit are torn, I've read horror stories about replacing these gaskets on models with foamed in place door liners. How do I determine if my particular unit utilizes this technology?

The unit is just 4 years old, I had bought an extended warranty for it from Lowes when it was new, however Lowes is reimbursing me for the warranty because they claim parts are no longer available. The fact of the matter is probably because of the previous repairs on the fridge, the gasket replacement costs will cumulatively exceed the price of the contract, if it hasn't already. The gaskets are available, I am willing to replace them myself, but will I be opening a can of worms?

An appliance repair shop quoted me $240 in labor alone to replace all 3 gaskets, do they know something I don't?

Thanks Very Much!

The video does appear to make the task relatively simple, another vid suggested to run a putty knife to clear any excess foam material beneath the liner before installing the new gasket and to start in diagonal corners. I'll be removing the doors from the unit, should make it that much easier...👍
