Kitchenaid Fridge Doesn't Produce Ice KRMF606ESS00

I have been fighting with this fridge for awhile now. 

Test 59 produces 01 (pass) result on both tests (1 0 and 3 0)for the ice maker motor.

Test 45 will push water into the ice maker and the water will freeze.

The fridge will not harvest ice from test 45 on its own.

If I use test 59 to harvest the ice it will push it out but the ice maker wont refill with water.

I have replaced the ice maker and the double water solenoid within the fridge and tested the one in the back with multimeter and it specs out correctly.  Not sure what else is left. The water maker works perfectly and when forced with the test 45 the ice maker gets water to it so no solenoids are the problem and the ice maker is new and passing the tests.

How cold is it in freezer. Thermistor has to be satisfied. Some time no ice is like a canary in coal mine. It’s just first sign of other trouble.

Freezer and fridge are at temp. Its having no problem freezing water once I use test 45 to force water into maker. It just wont fill on its own.
