Whirlpool 24" Front Load Washer Door Locked but Washer Won't Start

Serial Numbers:

For Models WFW3090GW2 and WFW5090GW2: CF81500000 - CF84510000 For Models WFW3090JW0 and WFW5090JW0: CF90320000 - CF93599999

Possible Concerns:

The technician may find that the door is locked but the washer won’t start, tumble, or spin.

  • ●  The customer may complain that the cycle did not complete, long cycle time, or stopped

    mid-cycle and won’t restart.

  • ●  The unit may check out fine in diagnostic mode but still will not complete a cycle.

  • ●  The unit might display “dEN” or other not listed error code.

  • ●  The unit might show “Maximum Spin Speed Not Reached” error code F34 during the service

    test cycle.
