Can Someone please help me with the documentation I need for this one? My customer is reporting "DR" on the display and I can't find that mentioned in any of the documents I've found in the downloads section. The thing is, I'm not sure I'm looking at the right documents. Will somebody set me up with the right document or documents? Thanks!

Owner manual says! 

DR indicator light up. Water has not drained

If you're referring me to the user manual, then I take it then that there's nothing helpful to a technician, like a mode where I can run the pump to see what's going on. 

Do you know of any tech sheets , service manuals, or other Bosch secrets that apply to this model?

This one is back!

It seems like there may be a docment titled "Test Program". The term test program appears 35 times in the service manual but in none of those instances does it say how to enter this mysterious program. I'm sure it's just me not seeing it. Is there another document I need to diagnose this machine?
