WTB: Commercial Front Load washer, around 40lbs, all stainless

We want to buy a Commercial Front Load washer, around 40lbs capacity, all stainless, preferably with custom programmable wash cycles.

We are a nonprofit, 501(c)3 animal shelter.  We are located in Northern New Mexico.
