Kenmore Elite 630.17303401 E6 Error code

Having some issue this morning with the dishwasher, tried to run a cycle and it appears to fill properly, with water reaching the spray arms, however there is not enough pressure to actually move either the top or bottom spray arms.  I ran the test program and it came back with an E6 error code and cannot seem to find an appropriate answer for what to check for to resolve the error code.

I tried checking the filters (which were clear) and reseating the spray arms to no avail.  Any help would be appreciated!
