GE Coin Operated Washer WMCN2050F0WC Intermittent Water Left in Tub

Looking for help from the experts here because I am at the end of my rope with this washer. 

Commercial coin-operated GE washer WMCN2050F0WC will sometimes leave clothes soaking wet at the end of the cycle. It seems that the lighter the load, the more likely it is to be soaking wet at the end ( as a matter of fact, some water would still be sloshing around at the bottom of the wash tub). 1 out of 5 times, approximately, the washer will operate normally and spin everything out dry. It does not matter what type of cycle I select.

I have done two things to this washer in my attempts to fix the problem:

1. I have replaced the drive belt, and

2. I have replaced the water pump.

Neither one has remedied the problem. Can anyone here offer insight of what the problem might be? What should I try to do next?

Have you checked Inverter Motor Light flashes when it has failed to drain?

Just to follow up to this - I ended up calling an appliance repair specialist. He ran the diagnostics and everything checked out fine. He narrowed it down to the timer needed to be calibrated, somehow it got out of adjustment. He performed the calibration procedure and my washer worked just fine for about two weeks. Then the problem started again. The repairman showed up again and performed re-calibration on the timer. The washer worked fine for about a week and then started the same thing all over. 

Questions:

1. Can someone here post timer calibration instructions for GE WH12X10376 timer?

2. Should I just cut my losses and replace the timer with a new one?

3. If I do go the replacement route, should I perform this "recalibration" procedure?

What is the history on this unit? Have you personally used it for years or is it something new you just acquired? How long is the drain hose?

I would suspect a water level switch issue which could be the switch itself, the hose going to the switch or the air dome, gunk and grime collects in the air dome, pin holes form in the hose and the actual switch can just fail intermittently. The water level is determined by this switch\system, both filling and draining.

A kinked drain hose, drain hose to low or to long, or an obstruction in the drain system can also cause this but I would pay more attention to the water level switch components.

On the calibration of the timer, I`m not quite sure what that means unless it`s just a reset, far as I know there is no calibration except for a 6' or 8' drain hose setting you can change. There should be a tech sheet located behind front control panel which should give you some insight as to what diagnostics the machine has.

I inherited this washer (and dryer) with the building I acquired. It appears that both were purchased new and installed about 6 years ago. Other than that I have no history for the washer. 

The drain house is 6 feet long and drains into a standpipe. I checked the drain and it is fine. In the process of my diagnostics and prior to having an appliance repair person come and diagnose, whenever the washer would have water left over in the tub, it seemed to not go into a full fast spin mode. That's the best way I can describe it.
