Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

I have tried to find the pub number without success.  I would like the tech manual with any diagnostics please.

Got an extra "W" in the model number. Correct model number is WTW6800WW1.

Thank you very much. I am trying to learn how to find these pub numbers on my own.  I have been going to sears site and looking for it on the parts diagrams.

Sears pulled a stinky and removed the part number (PUB number) for the tech sheets from the parts listing. Another illustration of why Sears is a #failing— they have a unique talent for obfuscating information. That’s the whole gimmick with the Kenmore brand, too— intercept customer’s and tech’s ability to find the OEM service manual and tech sheet to force people to use Sears service. Complete scam.

Don’t worry, Samurai’s got your back. I usually have easy work-arounds for Sears’ cheap tricks.

If it's something we could do on our own, perhaps you could share some of those work-arounds with us unenlightened learners so we won't have to bother you for the tech sheets.
