(yes or no): yes Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? Another illustration of why Sears is a #failing— they have a unique talent for obfuscating information. That’s the whole gimmick with the Kenmore brand, too— intercept customer’s and tech’s ability to find the OEM service manual and tech sheet to force people to use Sears service. Complete scam.
