Looking for some help with this GSS20IETA WW refrigerator. Lights come on with door opening. No front panel display/indicator lights. Compressor not starting. Have the display board pulled back-exposed. Checked fuse on the board, it is good.

Need some help with wiring diagram to check for input voltage to the board and further determine if the board is bad.

Thanks.

On the main board you'll see connectors J4-1 to J4-5. You should measure +13VDC between J4-3 (black) and J4-2 (red). If not, it's the main board.  If there is, then check for voltage at those same connections at display. If there's voltage at the display, you have a bad display board. If not, there's a broken wire somewhere between those two boards.

Thanks KaveMan. I found a main board on EBAY for 68 bucks. Took a chance and it fixed the refrigerator. It worked good for couple weeks and sold it. I still have the bad board and will check out the voltages you pointed to on it or the next one with that problem. Maybe I can troubleshoot the supply voltages further on the next one. Capacitors are always suspects.

I appreciate the response.
