Team Samurai Samurai Appliance Repair Man Posted February 11, 2018 Team Samurai Posted February 11, 2018 The fact that the model number didn't turn up anything at RepairClinic should have a been a clue that something was wrong with the model number. That's exactly why I ask people to validate their model number at RepairClinic before posting a request. Take a look at the second character in the model number-- it's the letter "S" not the numeral "5". Now that you have the correct model number, try searching the Downloads using the technique shown in the video (which means you actually have to watch the video and not just say you did). Moral of the story: Had you gotten the correct model number from the git go, you would have had the tech sheet already!
