serial # DG133264G

customer states won’t spin on normal cycle, but spins fin on drain and spin. Came across 2 articles about this update, but are there different versions per serial number? How can I find which version in need?

If a file only applies to a certain range of serial numbers, it will say within the file. I would say download both, read them, and compare and contrast.

Question  anyone ?  What is tis software update supposed to correct ? Operation issues, Performance improvement or, countdown to failure (JK). Just curious.

Just found a few bulletins that require his update. It solves intermittently spinning, wet loads, not spinning.

Most of these issues are cleared up by installing the upgraded lid lock
