Icemaker Wiring Info for Frigidaire Whirlpool and LG Refrigerators

Sometimes, you want to use an ice maker made from one manufacturer in a refrigerator made by a different manufacturer. I Blinked and Missed the Server Migration!

That had to be the most seamless server migration I ever didn't participate in! Been having stability problems with the server that hosted this forum (RE: my last post) and complained to my host who are the same people that wrote this forum software: Invision Power Board. Yeah, I figured have the forum hosted by folks who would know the optimum server configuration to run their software. While that may in fact be true, the reality in my case was a bit different. Another site on the server k

How to troubleshoot an F11 error code in a Whirlpool Duet Sport / Kenmore Elite front loading washer

F11 is one of the worst fault codes. Even the Factory Is not clear on its cause. What I do is check the two blue wires that go from the motor control unit (MCU) to the central control unit (CCU). Make sure they are connected well and are not broken. Ohm 'em out, end to end. Beyond that, your probabilities of successful repair are as follows: - Replace the CCU: 95% chance, part link ==> Central Control Unit - Replace the MCU: 25% chance, part link ==> Motor Control Unit - Replace the

How to troubleshoot a Bosch dishwasher that won't finish a cycle, runs forever, or shows 2H in the display

This is always a problem with the dishwasher's water heating system. In Bosch dishwashers, if they can't heat the water enough, they'll just keep running until they do. Kinda dumb design, I think. In comparison, Whirlpool-built dishwashers at least give you an obvious fault code like the clean light flashing seven times. But, I rectum that's my Pro-Amerkan bias bleedin' through. Water heating problems in Bosch dishwashers come down to one of two problems: - problem with the control board not se
