    These are the docs that Bosch indexes for your model -- same as for /01. So this seems to indicate that that's an undocumented error code. If you're absolutely certain that eR CE was the code being displayed, then that would indicate a bad board.

    Hi, I just had this issue. I wasn't able to find detailed instructions for this model of Samsung refrigerator so I ended up calling a service technician ($85) to diagnose the issue. In short, steps to try: 1. Clean the coils (Easy and free); 2. Replace temperature sensor (Easy to replace ~$25 for a new one), 3. Replace the fan (Moderate ~$60 for a new one), 4. Replace the damper (Moderate ~$120 for a new part). In my case I completed the first 3 steps before calling the technician and it was the damper that was broken and needed to be replaced. All the parts above are 'plug and play' no wiring required. The fan is behind the panel on the freezer side, temperature sensor and damper are behind the light on the fridge side. Hope this helps.

    That is the correct manual, but often Bosch puts the error codes in a different doc. Looks like you can find the codes for this model in this doc: And service mode entry here:

    Are you sure this is the correct manual? There are no error codes in this SVC manual, but the unit is getting E01 code.

    Here's what I could find. Bosch hasn't published a manual in English for this model, so I had to post the German one. You can try running it through Google Translate or any other automatic translator and see if it's of any help.

    Schematic PUB 58300000004390 Service manual PUB 58300000002512 Bosch only had the manual in German. Maybe still usable with the help of Google Translate.
