Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): YES
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): YES

Door lock is locked closed, could not get model from machine, looked online and this number matches the photo. Any suggestion how to release the lock or open the door, it is full of water and cloths! and how to get the water out before opening the door!  Thanks for your help in advance.
