The site search doesn't handle decimals well so you have to use the wild card a little differently. In the case of a Kenmore model number, replace the prefix and decimal with the wild card, like this: *88852800

Try searching the Files section with that search term and see if you find the service manual.

I tried 796888 (no decimal0 and that did not work. 

I did not think of trying *8885200

That worked.
