If corrosion has formed on the brass freezer defrost thermistor, it might impact the thermistor performance, allowing ice to accumulate on the evaporator. Correction: Order and install Service Kit W10902214. The Service Kit includes a plastic thermistor, foil, and wire tie. Installation instructions are included in the kit.
